Courses offered include: AMAP, SCIP-R, Code of Ethics, DSP Core Competence, Justice Center Code of Conduct, Mandated Reporter and Incident Reporting, Cultural Competence, Sexual Harassment, Ethics, Boundaries, Customer Service, Professionalism, Trauma-Informed Care, Mental Health Awareness, and more… 

We create customized agency orientation for new employees.

We love preparing your future leaders and re-energizing your management team. Our Professional Development Trainings are for Supervisory Level Staff. Topics include: Leadership, Relationship and Team Building, Delegation, Time Management, and Self-care, On-Boarding, Engaging Millennials, Creating a Culture built on Ethics, Integrity, and Empowerment, and more.

Incident Management

We conduct investigations of Reportable Incidents, Serious Notable Occurrences, and Minor Notable Occurrences. From start to finish, we are completing the 149 following OPWDD Part 624&625 guidance.
