AK Association is a training organization. We believe organizational culture sets the context for everything an organization does. Our mission is to create awareness of the importance and impact of creating a healthy, nurturing culture within an organization, emphasizing that on-boarding, training, and professional development has an integral part of its greatest asset, its staff.

Our team is comprised of superstars. About Anisa

Anisa is the Chief People Officer of AK Association.  Anisa's career spans 20+ years in human services, Working in ACS, OCFS, OPWDD, DOHMH, and OMH contracted agencies. She led programs for youth in foster care, group homes, and non-secure detentions—later leading programs that serviced the intellectual and developmental disabled and programs that provided services to the mentally ill and homeless.

Recognized as a leader, Anisa is a highly sought-after speaker and trainer on employee empowerment and engagement. Anisa is passionate about helping others realize their potential and purpose.
